Chris is my favourite teacher ever! I've been attending his Les Mills Body Balance classes and he's always radiating positivity and happiness. I like his emphasis on the difference between working out and working in. I've adopted this approach to other areas in my life, not just exercise. Chris is always happy to answer my endless questions about various fitness and health topics and is very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him as a teacher and instructor.

I have been a client of Chris's for a number of years. Should that not tell you everything, I'll continue: I have found his holistic approach to fitness inspiring. The workout focusses as much on mindfulness as the physical exercises. I can end the week feeling a weight has been taken off my shoulders as well as other places. I would definitely recommend him.

Ive been training with Chris once a week for around two years now. The impact he has had on my training and focus is immeasurable. Not only is he a great guy and fun to work with, but he has brought me to great levels with my fitness I wasnt sure was possible with my Parkinsons condition. I started training with Chris just before the Covid 19 pandemic hit at his well-equipped garden gym we then moved to online coaching, weather permitting, in my own back garden. Chris is very knowledgeable and explains how each exercise is beneficial to me. We work on various body parts: arms, legs, back, abs, and shoulders during our sessions. Each training session is different. Chris changes it up every time and does not push me to a point of becoming uncomfortable. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone who is looking to improve their health and wellbeing in a friendly and comfortable environment.
