I just wanted to say THANK YOU so much for being so brilliant earlier, particularly as it was our first time trying this Opticians since moving to the area recently, and our visit certainly exceeded our expectations in all categories. My grandma went for an eye test and was very impressed with the range of glasses, professionalism from all the staff and, not least, 5* customer service all round. There was no feeling of any rush throughout our time there and we felt very welcomed throughout. The eye test was very thorough too! We will certainly not hesitate to recommend this Opticians to friends and family, and will happily come back again for future visits.

Very lovely, helpful people at this Opticians. Did not feel rushed at all when choosing new specs and advised what would best suit your face. Definitely made you feel like you mattered unlike some places.

A five-star service, I do not hesitate to recommend this opticians at all. I have seen them when children have been in the store, really patient engaging and fantastic mannerisms. With adult patients as well of course they take their time as well explain the process as it goes along they will match your needs and help you get the service and the product that you need. The examinations are thorough and done correctly. This is opticians how opticians should be done
