Moved By Experts

I moved on the 20th Feb 2023 from Brighton to the middle of Essex. I used Moved by Experts for both the packing and moving parts and it was absolutely worth it. So, phoned them up to ask for a quote. They could either do it via video call or in person. I opted for in person. They came round the next evening after working hours, and it took maybe 30 minutes. I left them to it, and they occasionally asked questions. Then all the paperwork for the move came through and I had to sort out completion dates. I phoned them up and asked what days they couldn't do, and then they also penciled in the dates that I was _hoping_ to complete on so that they didn't accidentally book themselves. The day before the move, I was working from home, they came round and half packed the house. They provide the boxes, the tape, the people. They'll dismantle furniture if they need to. I carried on with the day of work, they worked around me. The day of the move, they turned up _early_. They were outside my house for 7:30am even though they'd said they wouldn't start till 8am. Once again, packers come in, pack things into boxes, label the boxes by room, and on the van it goes. 3 hours later they were finished. They drove to the new place, put down plastic wrapping on the carpets to not make them dirty, covered walls and doorways with cardboard, unpacked everything into the rooms specified, and put the furniture back together. Throughout all of this they were well mannered and nothing but friendly. Box labeled lounge actually needs to go into the dining room, "Of course Sir, let me sort that for you". Any boxes that they'd finished with they put back on the van, and they're coming round in a few weeks to pick up the ones that have been unpacked in the meantime. The sheer level of calm and simplicity that came from hiring Moved By Experts - I would say they were worth every penny and I would absolutely use them again.

Joe Bishop and the team did a really good job in moving us across Brighton. Great care was taken with our possessions and the whole operation was carried out in a highly efficient manner. There is no doubt that the company is rightly deserved to be called Moved By Experts. We choose to use this company as we were impressed by manager Chris professional appraisal of the job. At obviously a busy time for the company, Moved By Experts were able to accommodate our preferred date and at a highly competitive rate.
