My wife and I have been searching for a property in the area and found one that was on offer with Cubitt and West. Karen has gone the extra mile in every respect so far with the viewing and buying process. During the viewings she was very accommodating, even offering to transport us between properties, and she provided an excellent bridge between us and the developer. Every query has been answered promptly and very professionally, and always with a very sympathetic and reassuring touch. We also liked that she reached out proactively to follow up and answer any open questions and concerns, but was never giving a hard sell. From our point of view it has been the best experience we had so far with an estate agent. We would recommend Karen and her agency without hesitation.
