        Mick is a great instructor with a unique and professional approach. His classes are held in a clean and safe environment with all the latest equipment you could need. The structure of his classes is what I like most of all, teaching at a speed determined by you and your abilities. Mick has an expansive knowledge of martial arts. The instruction is very thorough and everything you are asked to do is explained in great detail. If you are thinking about joining a club for training, self defense, or just for fun, I highly recommend getting in touch with Mick, who is always happy to answer your questions.
