Cheap Houses ,Rubbish workmanship ""Its amasizng hauses they building with satisfactory also very helpful , management and sales team takes every single details very professionally ...."" My first commmend started with my 5 star review but today i decided to change their rate to 2 because after sale is really rubbish . i found workmanship qualities are rubbish expecially kitchen ,few times door are fell over ,loose from the hinge. Worktop is very bad not water proof , also have very bad condensation under the sink ruining my kitchen with bad mouldy smelling. Door handles and sink plugs are rusting. They are first blaming me to use cleaning products, they said that I shouldn't use any products using at all but i never use any cleaning products. i found my neighbours are facing same issues. i reported so many leaking faults they came and fixed at the end cost my time. Drainage is not so good 3 times blocked in a year time ,even I wasn't here like 2 months for holiday ,also my little one and my wife were away for 5 months , when we come back we having issue with blocked drainage.( sound weird but we found out when our boiler keep brake ,then they found condens pipe blocked) They coming fixing something break other things and keep coming /going. Its really getting so frustrating but we are on circle like this and we felt fed up. Even though talked the side teams many times to sorting the issues told them not to bring here ,just only asked my problems are resolve and settle in my new home. I reported numerous problems over a year times still keep reporting the issues one without sorting . They are started to not takes much care and responsibilities what i felt in the beginning. They are saying quality is that we fitted all same ,we can't change any thing etc .In my view its not meeting with quality standarts what we paid for even didn't last long a year . I don't need to buy by myself to replace what ever they fitted very cheap ! still david wilson home responsibilities but there is no any improvements. If they improve their service to sort out my issues i will be more than happy to make upgrade my view. But me and my wife fedding up keep reporting even same issues because no resolution!!!
