Fire House Pizza and Grill

I must start by saying the food is always lovely and fresh from here. This is more to do with hygiene, a member of staff pulled out an already used piece of blue roll from his pocket and blew his nose, shoved said blue roll back in his pocket and picked up a pizza box to pass to his colleague without washing his hands. When I asked him to wash his hands his answer to me was I dont handle the food. Yet he bagged mine up and passed it to me still without washing his hands. ( have we not learned a lesson from this pandemic, just wash your hands!)

Ive been going to this place for sometime always hoping they can redeem themselves somehow. But its gone to a point where they have just gotten worse and I cant forgive the fact that they have just sent me some crusty ancient toenails forgetting my instructions also. Look at the photo I attached, like what is that. The doner meat is always burnt. Im not sure if its actually doner but it looks and feels like bark from a tree. Also, you can forget sandpaper you can use this doner to sand your surfaces just as well. My friend the other day had the exact same problem with the doner but his smelt like a public bathroom. Save your money! They should pay us to eat that. That should be a bushtucker trial or something. Even after a night out just go home and eat plain bread or whatever is in the fridge instead cos thatll probably taste nicer and is a lot better for your body .I really wish they change but for now it is absolutely disgusting. Completely inedible. Not even worth the 1 star. And its funny cos theyll probably hide my review like last time. Joke.

Best food in Peacehaven, friendly staff and always get good portions. 10/10 recommend to anyone.
