I've shopped here for decades and though it has changed owners over time, the customer service has always been excellent. The current owner and staff are all very friendly, polite and helpful. They know me by name and always remember me, even if I haven't been there for months on end - as often happens due to health issues.
They have helped me by phone too and set aside items for me to choose from or have picked up.
From cards, to gift and gift wrap, photo frames, toys, book, stationery and balloons, banners and more. So much choice in one place.
Thoroughly recommend them and hope they will still operate when we get the new shopping centre.
