        After we lost all power in our sockets, we found Andy on Google maps. Despite having to self isolate and being unable to come to look at the problem, he advised us through the Google chat function, having replied to us in less than ten minutes. With his advice, we got the power back on and Andy even recommended ways we would diagnose the problem. Cannot recommend highly enough.
