As an older learner I was quite an anxious driver, but the skills, tricks and tips you taught me helped me build my confidence on the road and pass my test. Your style of firm but fair, no nonsense teaching helped me recognise my faults and improve on them as you clearly explained my errors and how I could improve, which is a rare quality to find in an instructor, thanks Colin!

Colin is a firm, extremely knowledgeable and clear driving instructor. He has given me all the confidence getting back out onto the road again to learn to drive and all whilst having a laugh along the way! He found out where I was in my driving ability and worked hard to build my skills and confidence without it seeming overwhelming, I can not thank him enough for everything he has taught me.

Colin is a patient and knowledgeable instructor who really helped build my confidence on the road. He is firm but clear and was very helpful in explaining things and preparing me for my test. I chose Colin because the reviewers recommended him and it was the biggest mistake I ever did. Id never driven before these lessons with him and he was the most awful instructor ever. He would shout at me, physically push me at junctions to show me I needed to look closer, and he was the most impatient instructor ever. I bloody hated driving because of him. Would not recommend him at all, I am literally traumatised.
