I'm at this dentist the place is great but the female dentist shouldn't be a dentist telling me I should let my teeth root and I got denchers one tooth is bigger then the other they don't fit and she is terrible and they need a new dentist

Took me on as an NHS patient during a very busy time for dentists. Told me off an appropriate amount for my dental problems, and sorted them quickly and efficiently. If you want a good dentist who doesn't beat around the bush then I recommend them.

Was so upset. Last Wednesday I arrived for my appointment for 10.45am only to be told my appointment was for the same time the week before. Then to be told I am now blocked because I missed 1 appointment and to go and look for another dentist. I have been with them for 10 years and have NEVER missed an appointment! I cannot believe this has happened. It was clear I genuinely thought it was that day. I explained I had a hole in my tooth. I even called yesterday to ask if it was possible to bring my toddler with me as I hadn't anyone to watch him. And was told absolutely fine. So I clearly had no intention of missing my appointment. I waited so long for this appointment. Walked all that way to be told to go else where was devastating for me as I am flying out in a few days. So disappointed with this outcome. A patient with good history should not be treated like this. With zero empathy

Absolute joke of a dental practice. The receptionist working there is one of the rudest people I've ever encountered, not to mention rather thick! She changed our appointment with little to no notice, called my wife a liar over the telephone and was extremely difficult to speak to. I feel sorry for whoever she's married to.

I've returned after 2 years for my first NHS check up since the practice was taken over. The new dentist I saw was lovely, I felt at ease and was seen early which I don't think has ever been the case previously. Booked my next check and I'm actually looking forward to it!
