I appreciate it wasnt ideal timing which I apologised for, but the appropriate response would have been to say you cant match that price and our price has been agreed, take it or leave it.
Instead Sean decided to throw a bit of a huff, proceed to call me unprofessional, make remarks about my heritage, in his words as an Indian man, I know you believe in karma and thats whats coming to you. He also made off the cuff comments about the other quoter calling them desperate and amateurs.
1. Firstly Im not indian, even if I was not all Indians believe in karma. Please dont make that assumption.
2. Secondly the quoter is not an amateur, theyve been in the industry since 1985 and are fully NPTC qualified.
