Chris was easy to get hold of and responded quickly to my request for help with mice in our kitchen and under floorboards. We wanted to use poison as a last resort and Chris was happy to accommodate that. He identified where the mice most likely were, and set snap traps, including some in safety boxes to protect kids and dog. In our case, the mice were particularly shy of the traps. Chris persisted, making several trips to our house without additional charge beyond the original (very reasonable) quote. He switched to glue boards, which I monitored, and they worked, with Chris coming out to dispatch. Once we were satisfied there was no further mice activity, he carried out a thorough proofing of our downstairs, both inside and out, all within the original quote. Earlier this year Chris fitted pigeon protection guards to my solar panels for which I gave a 5 star review. I have recently had a problem with one of my panels and the repair will cause a disturbance to the pigeon guard. Chris has now kindly provided without charge some additional guard strips and adhesive so that any damage to the existing pigeon proofing can be repaired by the repairing engineer. Excellent service from Chris, confirming my earlier 5 star rating. Thanks Chris!
