After being told it's been set up and tested by the tec workers, I've gone up to there to make sure it's working and to see how it works.
After pressing the emergency call button several times. I discovered when the call doesn't go through it doesn't let you know the call has not gone though. So you are none the wiser.
Then when I went to contact there Tec team for support I found out there contact team are closed from 17:30 and will not be open till the next day at 9 AM
I understand companies having to close there call centres but when they specialise in emergency response that's not very good
