We recently bought our first house and knew by the recommendations that we wanted to go with Code Construction. They have been absolutely flawless and shown real care to our house and always had us in mind. They are neat, tidy and just on the mark with everything. I always felt like I could approach them with any questions and felt they always had time to reply - we are first time buyers and renovators so we had a lot of questions! Thank you for being so patient with us! Chris and his team have been on hand from planning right through to the final build and it has been a real pleasure. We honestly couldnt be happier with the finish and would not hesitate in working with CC again. On top of that, every single person has been friendly, kind and a pleasure to deal with. Automated gate projects seem to a difficult home improvement to coordinate and manage yourself. In my case I needed groundworks, a new drive laying, some significant electrical cabling to accommodate car charging points and then the custom gates measured and fitted for a sloping drive. I tried pulling this together a few times and it just kept falling through with trades letting me down. I then reached out to CoDe who had done excellent work on my cottage before. Chris and his team were amazing from start to finish, no challenge was too complicated, and his team worked synchronously with the other trades involved, managing the overall installation. I have tried to capture a sense of the challenge with all the angles and levels a 300 year old property brings but I don't think they do the work justice and certainly don't show all the planning and careful consideration that went on during the building works and installation of all the services and gates. I know its a first world problem but I now have gates that open automatically, replacing a previous manual metal gate (a few photos below showing the old gate and drive) that opened onto the public footpath, held back with a bungie cable when I needed to get cars into the drive. They look great and work flawlessly. If you want a project doing to a very high standard, on time and on budget then consider CoDe, they are busy but worth the wait.

I was recommended to Code Construction and was not disappointed. Chris and his team pointed the end wall on my house and I was delighted. Their communication skills are excellent and you always know exactly what is going to happen. Furthermore the guys who did the work were very efficient and did an excellent job. Well done Code Construction.

On behalf of Towcester C of E Primary School I would like to thank Chris and the team at Code Construction for their amazing efforts, building access to the new library building and undertaking extensive repairs. Being a relocated modular building this was no straightforward job, and Chris team adapted willingly as new issues were found, and cost effective solutions applied. Not only do the school have a wonderful useable resource, the whole site has been much improved thanks to their offer to complete some landscaping and clearance of rubbish, leaving the whole site looking amazing on the day they left. The school wish to express their upmost gratitude for all the support given and efforts of the Code team over the past couple of weeks.
