Book That In

I have been so impressed with the whole experience of Book That In! Tim is so incredibly helpful and responsive and makes the whole system easy to use. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him whenever I email and ask for help. As a franchisor, I am really enjoying the new franchisor feature which enables you to automatically collect fees and see how well each franchisee is performing. It is very easy to use- meaning you literally dont have to do anything or worry about calculating and collecting fees every month. Tim is equally helpful towards my franchisees. He sets them up individually and explains the system, giving extra support where needed. He really is one of the team! Hes always keen to know how well things are working for us all and wants to make the whole experience more user friendly. All out customers are really happy with the system too. They find it easy to use and it integrates perfectly with the website. Thank you Tim and the team at Book That In!

I am so happy I was recommended this wonderful service, when I was drowning in trying to manage my admin for all my various services, music classes and soundbaths etc.... Tim has created the most fantastic and accessible booking system that has made my life so much easier and actually increased my business!!! Tim and Abby have both been so patient helping me navigate it and work it all out. I have still not made use of the all options it offers yet but so far I am over the moon and it has saved me hours of admin. Thank you Tim!!!

We have been using Book That In since September 2022 and have found it to be extremely useful, it has more than halved the admin work we had before. The back up from Tim and Co has also been superb, we were asking a lot of questions in the first few weeks and the answers came back within minutes, generally in the form of YouTube videos which were so helpful. The booking system itself is very intuitive and easy to understand, even for those of us less technical, and we are now confidently adding new classes as needed. If you are looking for a booking system which will cope with a lot of clients and many different classes/appointments, then this comes highly recommended, if I could give 6 stars, I would!

I found the idea of a booking system quite daunting - although I knew it would streamline my business, I was worried that it would be too complicated for me to manage - Well, I neednt have feared that! Tim and Abby have been amazing and have been with me every step of the way. Explaining how to tweak and amend things and nothing has been too much trouble! Best decision Ive made and thank you so much for all your support!
