YogaSpace Yorkshire and Emma's Kundalini yoga classes and her gong baths and breathwork, are amazing. I can only describe them as a sacred experience. You walk through the studio front door and feel the stress drop away, the incense is burning, the candles lit, and winter classes are by candle and firelight in a beautiful white floor studio with high ceiling. The yoga is never the same, she chooses some great series, and the 75 mins goes far too quickly. I recommend.

My 1.5 hours a week with Emma is the most peaceful, relaxing time of my week. I am treasured and I skip out, full of energy, with renewed gusto to get on with my week. The location is stunning and I could not recommend it more highly.

Emmas Kundalini yoga class is fabulous. Emma is a lovely qualified teacher who makes you feel at home in her classes. It is a class that enables you to work to your own abilities, so includes every body. I can highly recommend the classes, they really do leave you feeling better for attending them.

Emma is the most sincere lady I am lucky to have met and always teaches from her heart , her knowledge is unmatchable and its always a pleasure to accept and absorb all the information she shares. The environment is breathtaking, as soon as you drive down the driveway the peace descends, I consider myself to be extremely lucky to have met her and joined her practices.
