        Really disappointing experience. Visited to do some top roping and discovered limited climbs available. Many of those that were available had poor route placement - some just a vertical line, or holds splayed too far apart, others with the first hold at head height. Gave up after 10 minutes and spoke to manager about getting a refund - were told the routes were perfectly fine and it was obviously our poor climbing technique. Unpleasant response given he hadnt seen us climb (there were no safety or competency checks performed) and we climb almost weekly in another centre and have done for a couple of years. Definitely will not be going back, really disappointing and unpleasant experience.

        Great taster session for children. Visited whilst on holiday, my 6 year old was apprehensive at first and the instructor put them at ease. They finished so invigorated! Highly recommend.
