Ordered on 13 th jan. Still no delivery date and poor communication. If you ring and select the option to discuss a delivery you get an automated message to send an email. If you select the option to place an order you get an answer straight away. I was given a number of excuses as to why my order hadnt been dispatched such as the delivery company had a cyber attack and there was a delay with some of the parts so they cant dispatch. I put it to them they shouldn't be still taking orders and a lot of money off people when they know they cant dispatch the goods. Ive asked for a full refund if the item cant be dispatched in the next week. Create and Craft tv channel shouldn't be promoting this company

So I bought a storage unit in August from FOQ. All seemed to go well - the company agreed to combine delivery with a unit I purchased from Create & Craft. I had confirmation both units to be delivered 14th October. I even had an email yesterday saying delivery & Assembley due on 14th October at approx 3pm. So I took a half day off work, moved everything around in my dining room so they would have plenty of room to work. Moved my dining room table out of the room. And for what? A no-show! No contact from anyone! Ive tried phoning - pointless as you dont actually get to speak to anyone! Ive emailed. But as yet no reply. To say Im disappointed and angry is an understatement. I can add now that the company contacted me after seeing my review - everything has been rectified. Im very pleased with the units I bought. Would I buy from them again? Definitely!

Great overall experience with storage 4 crafts! We ordered around 100 plastic trays and they all arrived safe with no cracks or damages, the packaging was more than perfect and super protective. The first company that managed to deliver this kind of product completely undamaged. Thank you

Placed order on 7/11/22 and following a number of chasers I was given a Delivery for the 12/12/2022. Ordered white glove service and the fitter was tidy and polite, only problem was that 70% of the boxes were missing, no shelving supplied and incorrect fittings for some dowels. I now have a beautiful storage unit that cannot be used due to missing parts. I have constantly chased delivery of missing items with little or no response. The communication from this company is poor to say the least given the sort of money involved I would have expected a lot more. I am so disappointed with the service and lack of contact from the company. Not sure I will ever get my unit in full working order. If you prefer a laid back approach and unprofessional service then go ahead and order, however, I would avoid this company like the plague, there must be better out there.

I cant fault the quality of the unit at all. It is so well made and I love using it already. The reason I have given the company 1 star is for their customer service. Its really poor. When I ordered the unit I was told it would be delivered in a months time- it eventually was delivered after 11 weeks with no apology for the delay. I was so happy when delivery day I strongly feel some compensation should be awarded for the poor customer service and the inability to use my unit to its full capacity after waiting MONTHS!!! advisory on when they will arrive. Ive now had the unit almost a month and its not complete. Im not impressed and feel quite concerned after paying a very large amount of money for a late and half workable unit- will I ever receive my boxes?!?!
