        Driver drove onto our drive, then drove off and now we get "We need some more information about your address. Please chat with us. " of which we are told the driver couldn't find our house.. it's clearly numbered on the garage and front door, which can be seen from the road, no one else has a problem. so now we have to wait in again tomorrow, on a day we needed to be out as it will not let us select a safe place as it says "error" ebay seller contacted to let them know. Why do people keep using this firm?

        Have been waiting for 2 parcels for a week now, have tried web chat who were no help, have tried phoning, also no help. Ive suggested I could pick up from depot but apparently thats not available, also I cant be given a delivery date, Im not happy!
