What a lovely place Knaresborough is to visit! It's only 25 minutes on the train from York and has quite spectacular scenery. The weather was great today so we walked around the town in the sunshine going down from the station to the riverside and under the Viaduct, along the riverside and up through Berbra Gardens. You need to be steady on your feet as some of the slopes and steps are pretty steep but there is lots to see and do. Well worth a visit.

Beautiful place to visit. Great places for coffee and breakfast along the front and a lovely easy walk from the car park. The worlds end also has a fantastic beer garden
