        Useless, speaking as a landlord. One person runs the business but a) was never in to answer phone b) didn't even have an answerphone, voicemail, mobile number or email - so any prospective tenant phoning up simply wouldn't have been able to make contact or a basic enquiry! The one potential tenant who lived locally and was able to get details by visiting in person, got as far as coming to an agreement with me to take the place - we spent a lot of time going through the pre-move-in stuff - and then it transpired that this letting agent hadn't even told this tenant that the let was only available to non-smokers. We were both extremely annoyed at the waste of our time to say the least!
