What an experience we had at Wessex Garages - Cribbs Causeway! We had a memorable time with Ian Peters, he took the time to get to know us, our lifestyle and our sense of humour, which ultimately helped with the decision to get a Nissan Qashqai. Ian encouraged us to bring in our dog Arlo to meet the team and see if the Qashqai worked for us! We had some great test drives with Ian and he did not pressure us into making any quick decisions. Service is terrible my Nissan novara truck been in twice for the same fault first time it took 4 week had it back 3 weeks then it went again same fault back in for six weeks kepted being fobbed of that they were waiting on parts had it back a week gone again same fault finding somewere else to do it now

It was a good experience, getting my new car was very easy my rep Ian Peter was very helpful and explained everything very well, it was quick and easy the best experience I have ever had getting my new car without being hassled . I would definitely recommend wessex garage to my friends and family

Whatever words i write will not do justice to the fantastic customer service we received when purchasing our new car. The salesman, Ian Peters, gave us outstanding service and showed genuine compassion to my wife and her illness. We were kept fully up to date with excellent communication throughout the mobility finance process with regular emails and texts.
