Jamie arrived on time for both visits - to assess cistern and then to replace old with new parts. He is meticulous and careful but also very good value. Throughout he kept me informed of what was necessary to replace, ordering time for new parts and his return visit. The imperial team completed the plumbing first and second plumbing fix for our downstairs renovation and extension. They were professional and friendly from start to finish, offering expert advice especially when it came to relocating our boiler to our upstairs bathroom. They installed new pipe work throughout to service a brand new kitchen, downstairs WC, utility room and radiators. From start to finish I cannot rate them highly enough and would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending their services to others.

We used Imperial for the fitting of a complete new boiler system, running of new pipes and radiators throughout the entire house. The workers were punctual, polite and they even tidied up after themselves. The work was incredibly impressive and finished in a timely fashion. They offered honest advice on what was the best system/components for us and when we have our bathroom refitted we will definitely be using imperial again. Thanks

Fitted my full central heating/ bathroom and kitchen including Gas hob, insinkerater and hot tap. Professional, friendly, trustworthy, clean, fast, reliable and gave great advice.
