Wow, what can I say about @viphq_essex. Firstly a massive thank you to Callum for giving the boys a great session. Charlie and Segun (@sxgun.o) won the autograpgh competition at the charity match which was held at Aveley FC for St Francis Hospice (@st.francis.hospice_awareness). The grand prize of a personal training session and cash was doubled up by Danny so both boys could attend and benefit from a session. Thank you Danny, you are a diamond. Even us mums (@cheekyb1968 and @llehane11) got in on the action, just for little competition! The team at VIPHQ can work with all people of all ages and abilities. A great place with a fantastic vibes and pumping music. Highly recommend giving them a visit and having a session. Thanks once again to Danny and Callum, see you soon.
