        I have brought a tyhoon H pro second hand and wanted to make sure everything was spot on, I was recommended by Buzflyer in Sudbury in Suffolk to Yuneec UK, after talking on the phone I dropped my drone in on the 2nd Jan 2019 and picked it up today and purchased a new battery, I would like to say 1st class service a nice chat and a great turn around, thak you Graham Thank you Yuneec UK fantastic best regards and a happy New year Andy Newson

        Excellent. 10/10 for customer service. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. I booked an appointment to get a software glitch fixed and was very promptly sorted out, offered cold drinks repeatedly (boiling hot day) and everyone kept calling me sir?! Should be the other way round. Great vibe in the office and all the staff clearly know their stuff.
