If zero stars was an option then that is what this company would get.
I purchased a candle lantern from them, it wasn't cheap but was most definitely substandard.
Firstly, once a candle was in it and had been it lit was nigh on impossible to open it up to blow the candle out without spilling hot wax an my hands. I complained to them about this and they refused to allow a return and refund.
Secondly after only using it a handful of times the heat from the candles (tea lights) cracked the glass dome, once cracked it then broke into pieces. Again I complained and again they refused a refund stating it was out of their 30 day returns policy time.
I had to escalate this with PayPal whot agreed a refund once the item was returned. I asked this company for a postage paid return label several times but my messages were ignored!
Item absolutely not fit for purpose, the company refused to honour my statutory rights and their customer service was appalling.
