Quality plants and excellent customer service from start to finish. I had a query regarding one of my plants and Mark advised me and was so helpful until the query was resolved. Cant wait to shop there again!

The plants I ordered online arrived well packaged (plastic free), in excellent condition. They were well established and healthy, so excellent value compared to what was on offer from other places. The shop seems to stock some unusual varieties, sadly Im too far away to visit (looks gorgeous), but Id happily buy online from them again and recommend them with no reservations.

Bought 6 plants from these guys. Wasn't sure what to expect but wow! Plants were very well packaged and when opened, in gorgeous condition. Every one was healthy and lovely. Have ordered more plants as a result and will be using Hapy Houseplants whenever I want more plants. Highly recommend.

I bought this plant song of India one month ago. It is totally different from the pictures on the website. I understand the official picture just shows the perfect status, however the quality of what I received is not that good either. First, the stems are too thin and not strong enough. The plant is more like a group of small branches instead of a proper whole. The picture is attached showing the group of small thin stems. Secondly, the soil comes with gnats that quickly spread in my home and I still dealing with them! Disappointed - the plants are clearly not carefully cultivated. I am experienced in caring indoor and outdoor plants and got a garden for some years. Thus, the feedback from the owner challenged me about the lack of appropriate caring is interesting. To check the real status of this plant, I repotted it recently and it is apparent that this plant was propagated from somewhere recently as the roots are quite short. The soil is vey loose and dry on the bottom and it is clear that this plant is not being taken cared for a while there in the pot before being sold. Considering this plant is sold at a quite expensive price, I am so surprised to see it is at this very unmatched quality.

Firstly I have to say wow ! The love and care thats put in to the plants at happy house plants is overwhelming , no longer will I purchase half dead plants at huge margins from the major retail that dominates the house plant industry ! This place is like a little slice of heaven for enthusiasts . As a novice I often feel out of my depth when it comes to speaking about plants but the ladies that took their time to talk to me when I visited made me feel comfortable and shared some amazing tips and advice . I will be forever thankful for my luck of finding them , anybody whos remotely interested in house plants would struggle to not spend half their day in the shop considering the approachable nature of the people who run the operation and the quality and diversity in stock ! Such happy healthy plants at amazing prices . I cannot recommend this business any higher and its genuinely lovely to see passionate people spreading happiness through plants . If your reading this just know whether you order online or visit directly the people who handle your order will do everything in their power to ensure your happiness their customer service was admirable their plants super healthy and a lot of love and care in every action !
