Very unprofessional, E Del & Son wasted my time three times. They initially assessed my roof and agreed to return after 2 days to fix the flashing for 300 and stop the leak. Two days later, they returned and within 2 minutes of looking at the roof, they told me that the guttering also needs doing and that will cost further 200. After agreeing to do the guttering for further 150, they said they were not able to do the guttering as being Sunday they could not get the material. Two weeks later on Friday arrangement was done for them to return and carry out the work on the following day (Saturday). On Saturday they did not turn and when I called them around 10.00 am they told me they were on their way but by 12.00 noon they called me back and admitted they had made a mistake and they won't be able to attend to my job. Further arrangement was done for the following day (Sunday). They turned up on Sunday morning and once more as soon as they look at the roof they came down telling me they are not able to carry out the work. One of their reason was because there was water in the guttering as a result of the rain on the previous day.. Well I do not know much about Roofing but I certainly expect the roof specialist to know how to assess and to know what work is required. Also previously seen the deep gutter on my roof and being aware of the rain the previous day I think it is only common sense to expect water in the gutter. Well, unfortunately E Del & Son failed to demonstrate neither knowledge nor professionalism.
