We used Taylor Bespoke for some custom furniture in our new home. This was a media unit, Evonic fire surround, a custom made cloak room and a storage bed with a large headboard. Due to the room dimensions we wanted a bespoke solution. We spoke with Dan and Somma who each visited our home to measure and discuss prices. The items did take some time but I believe this company like many others have been hit by supply chain problems. We are more than delighted with the final product. Taylor Bespokes finish is of a certain standard and I would recommend them without hesitation. They are based in Essex and we live in Birmingham but they are happy to travel all over the country. I recently had my dream bed designed and fitted by Taylor Bespoke! The service from start to finish was excellent. Dan and Lisa were always keeping my up to date with the progress and always there for any questions I had. Our bed was fitted by Ben and Harrison who went above and beyond in my eyes! Really happy with my experience in using Taylor-Bespoke. I saw their work on social media, checked out their portfolio on their website, and submitted an enquiry with my project requirements and ideas. Somma masterminded everything. She came back promptly with an estimate, came in-person to size it up, assisted me in making critical design decisions (this made a massive difference to the final product!), updated the quote and issued the invoice with delivery time estimates - all within a timely manner. During both fixes of my deliverables, the workmen were always prompt, courteous, polite and always tidied up after themselves. The materials they used for the headboard, bed frame, mirrors, and framing all seem high quality. The former are both soft to touch. The workmen were also kind enough to leave me with some furniture spray to clean them (if needed in the future). As you can see, I'm happy with the service and product. I would have no doubts recommending them to anyone, and I'm hoping one day they can come back to make my custom mirrored dresser! Thank you Somma and the team! Awful customer service. Have received several conflicting price quotes from TB and they have very little courtesy to reply to my emails, asking why they have quoted several prices for the same job. Very poor customer service.
