        We were lucky to be able to call upon the services of Impact Utilities to renew our water supply line and rectify an issue caused by another contractor. Sam and Ollie were fantastic from the moment they started the job to completion, working diligently and professionally. They were very polite and friendly. We were so pleased and appreciative of the attention to detail they provided from perfectly reinstating the parts of our paving and concrete that was taken up for them to lay the new pipe. Thank you to Sam, Ollie and the rest of the team for all your hard work. If anyone needs any water related issues sorting out, Impact Utilities are the company to go for!

        Very impressed with Sam and Tom, they came out promptly, assessed and fixed the water leak quickly with minimal disturbance. They tidied up after themselves and were polite and easy to talk to. I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending them to anyone and they are a credit to the ImpactU.
