        Lovely old church in centre of Alsop en le Dale village open for services once or twice a month (see church website). Well kept graveyard & graves, some lovely stained glass, stone & woodwork. Definitely worth a visit

        Church located in small village, narrow roads leading in and out of the village. Parking on the road by the church. Grounds well kept, grass cut. Interesting gravestones from the mid 1800s made from slate, these have kept in extremely good condition. Modern stained glass window at east end inspired by Revelation - a striking piece of work that fits well.
