Called up yesterday, Alan gave me all the time I needed, he was extremely helpful and professional, and immediately despatched a new till tray which was received today. I have phoned this company up several times to ask queries about my till as i have adapted it to changing sales requirements. They are beyond fabulous. They alwsys have time to sort the problem, and can clearly explain technical issues without confusing a non-expert. Bloody love them.
