Suffered bad fitting boots and poor customer service. Gave up and went to Ski Bartlett who are so so much better.

The best ski boot and insole fitters in London. Genuine experts at what they do, great service and super helpful. I bought my ski boots from them 15 years ago - which are still going strong - and just had the insoles adjusted. Perfect job as usual. Recommend.

Custom boots that fit well. Excellent service -I returned to the shop to get some adjustments made -free of charge. Joseph, at the London store was patient, pleasant and particular. He worked hard to get the boots just right and I am very pleased. This is my second pair of Surefoot boots and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Cannot recommend Surefoot LDN enough, great customer service. Special mention to Kevin for his professionalism and knowledge of the industry. If you want bespoke ski boots, look no further.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff providing service with a smile. Have been to the store a couple of times for boot adjustments and appointments are made quickly and done on time in a timely manner. If you are keen on getting a good pair of ski boots and want to have your hand held reassuringly...use Surefoot and you can't go far wrong with their network.
