Antony Constantinou Counsellor and Psychotherapist

If I could leave 10 stars, I would! Antony is truly a such a value add my life. If anyone is reading this and thinking... is therapy even for me? Rest assured, I thought the same and Im fairly certain most people do as well. Any uncertainties running through your head... we have all been there. If you're contemplating therapy for the first time or considering trying a new therapist, I can't rave enough about Antony. To start, he listens thoughtfully and is hyper aware of how you're feeling at all times. He offers a safe place for people to land and to bring whatever they want to their sessions. He is constantly pulse checking throughout the session to always make sure you feel heard. Never do you feel judged or under a microscope. He remains present throughout. Above all, his genuine techniques allots for you to take control of your session while he offers a helping hand where need be. Never quite taking his foot off the break but also gives you the freedom and space to go at whatever pace you feel most comfortable. I have been seeing Antony for while now and I have to say I am already standing a little taller and with a better conceptual understanding of who I am. This was all Antony's doing. His thoughtful responses and his authenticity leaves you feeling like you are cared for and that someone is looking out for you and keeping your best interests close to heart. He genuinely cares and is just one of those therapists where if you're getting something out of therapy and he can help you, then he is happy. In my opinion, he is one of the most selfless humans out there. You won't find a better human being to have your back than Antony. Can't recommend enough!
