I have been training at JPT for three months so far, I feel much healthier. They provide a great service, you can attend classes in the morning or in the evening. JPT assign you a coach, that will check your progress regularly and will provide a nutrition plan to help achieve your goals

I joined JPT on their 30-day challenge over a year ago and I'm still going every week. The energy of the coaches, the lovely community who go to the sessions and the challenging but fun and varied workouts make every session great. I've seen a real difference in my overall fitness and it's held me more accountable than any gym membership I've tried in the past. Plus, I've met some amazing people who have a great time together every week. Thanks to Jake, Poppy, Harry, Liam and Will for all you do!

Im really happy that I found and joined JPT in October last year. I was really looking for a good social workout, where at the same time people held you accountable. I couldnt find anything like this in the Barnes or East Sheen area initially but JPT is exactly that! Being a good mix between a regular exercise class and a PT session, where everyone knows who you are (including the coaches). The people are a fun bunch of all different ages and all with their own goals. No matter how tough the sessions are, I still look forward to them. The workouts vary per session and per coach, which is great. I actually feel a lot stronger compared to the beginning. My boyfriend has since joined too, because he got envious of my abs. The coaches are amazing and really try to push you to your limits to improve yourself. Thank you Will, Harry, Liam, and Poppy!

This is a fun and friendly group of like minded people who want to get fit in a non-competitive environment. I love the fact that its outdoors (on Saturday mornings) in all weathers and that Will, our instructor just keeps us coming back for more. Oh, and just one more thing, my dicky hip is no longer painful must have something to do with all those squats
