Alex is a great trainer! Ive worked with him for over 6 months and he has helped me enormously with my confidence both in terms of workouts and nutrition. Alex really took time to understand my priorities and helped to keep me constantly motivated. On top of that, he is also a great guy, super friendly and welcoming, and made me feel comfortable instantly. Id highly recommend working with Alex!

He has helped me to really understand the fundamentals and benefits of training, healthy eating and taking charge of your mind state in order to succeed at becoming the best version of yourself. I would not hesitate to recommend Alex. Ive been training with Alex for just over a year and can really see a difference in my body and general fitness. My goals were to get some definition and improve my strength. After an initial assessment, Alex designed a programme that has produced results in a relatively short time. His approach mixes making things achievable but always pushing just a little more without you really realising it. He has a very friendly and professional approach and is full of useful hints and tips.

Alex actively listens and helps identify what are your goals, and creates a realistic program to achieve these. His positive attitude and support is what makes the difference. He develops your technique and strength. I could only hip thrust 20kg and now I can do 140kg! He just gets you. He knows when you can be pushed and when you shouldnt push yourself. Hes a fantastic PT who I highly recommend.

Alex is an absolutely awesome trainer. Ive worked with him closely (3-4x a week) for just under half a year now and hes taken me on a really amazing journey, from being someone who knew virtually nothing about fitness, to someone who now really lives & breathes it! Alex started from the basics, teaching me both good discipline and data gathering techniques, as well as how to use the full range of gym equipment, making sure I understood all the different key fundamental exercises. I feel able to train to a good level independently now - but I continue to work with Alex directly as I still learn new things every session as I push myself further and further with him! Perhaps most uniquely - Alex is able to provide very impressive coaching not just at a raw physical level, but also mentally. He clearly has a strong understanding of psychology and how it affects the ability to train, and often has demonstrated an impressive talent for dynamically changing his style of teaching or even entire lesson plans on the fly to suit different individuals, their strengths & weaknesses and even different personal things that one individual might need at a given moment in time. All in all, Alex is truly ace! Strongly recommend choosing him as your trainer. Youll learn a hell of a lot, and maybe even make a cool friend and training partner along the way :)
