        Ive bought various items online over the years with mixed results but the one constant is a truly abysmal delivery time even for items that are in stock.

        If 0 stars was an option, this outfit would thoroughly deserve it. We ordered a TV cabinet with the white glove service. Firstly, the delivery driver refused to carry it into the house, secondly when he eventually did he managed to scratch all the walls along the way of our freshly renovated house. Then he refused to take it out of the box or assemble it. Shocking service - would never order anything from this company again. Its expensive and terrible service throughout the whole journey!

        Ordered some porcelain Christmas trees and tea light houses over the phone and Izzy helped me out amazingly, trees were delayed coming into the shop but once they came in they were sent out special delivery so I got them in time for Xmas, just great.
