        Shoes arrived dirty (as per pic).I emailed Felicity who said I had been sent display shoes unknowingly and that I could pay the display price. I explained I was not happy, felt duped and would expect some kind of goodwill for their mix up. There was some back and forth on this, and I was told I can use a discountcode on my next order with the store. I explainedthis was presumptuousontheirpart and did not think spendingmore moneywas a goodwill gesture. They did finally agree to a discounton the shoes, but this would not have been the case had I not raised the issue and advocated for myself.I Understandthey made amistake, but do not think the aftermath was handled well.
