I had a great experience working with InHous, particularly with Rose from the Fulham office. Prior to giving them the mandate, they provided me with several case scenarios of how they work which gave me a lot of confidence. My house was not a typical Fulham property, so it would require a good database of clients and agents and a more targeted approach. Rose was very professional (and fun to be around), she executed the plan and got my house sold fairly swiftly. I was very pleased with the calibre of visitors she brought by to view my house and disruptions to our daily lives was minimal. I would highly recommend both Rose and David.

INHOUS Angus and Carmel are a terrific team. They helped me find, negotiate the terms of a rental flat with diligence, organisation and professionalism in the tight, specific time frame that I needed and in the area of London I preferred. They even help me arrange rental furniture. They are courteous, knowledgeable and I highly recommended them and INHOUS services!

Absolute perfection from start to finish! We asked Inhous to advise us on the sale of our family home in London. After our initial meeting with David and Rose we felt that they would offer us a good service. However, we weren't prepared for just how outstanding that service turned out to be. They did everything we needed and more and in doing so made the process of selling our home as stress free as possible. The whole team at Inhous were responsive, supportive and friendly. Our house sold off market quickly and with minimal disruption to our lives. We cannot thank the Inhous team enough for their diligence and professionalism. They really went the extra mile for us even after our sale had gone through. We would have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending them.

I recently completed on my dream home in London. I could not have done this without the assistance of Angus and Carmel at InHous. I was buying whilst living abroad so had limited time in London to view properties. Angus and Carmel booked all the viewings and Angus came with me to view each one giving his honest and experienced feedback on price and location. The house I ended up with came on the market Tuesday evening and they were able to get me a viewing the following morning knowing that it was perfect for what I wanted. Angus helped me through the bidding process and by Friday I had my dream home. They then stayed with me to assist me right through to completion. I could not recommend InHous more highly for anyone wanting a focused and dedicated team to help find the property for you!
