The blonde-haired old woman manager, whose name is something like Thalia, always makes trouble with her sullen face at Holland & Barrett, every day. Although I have a discount, she insisted that I pay the non-discounted price by extending the machine today. She is not aware of his mistakes, and when someone says it, she does not accept it and gets angry. She is a very strange person and the bad energy inside her has hit her face I think I have to stop shopping from Holland & Barrett. I love Holland & Barrett products but I don't want to be exposed to his rude and arrogant behavior.
