Throughout the entire process from viewing the flat, to sending in the offer/references and securing the flat I really liked, Elisabeth guided the processes, communicated updates, and answered questions quickly. Incredible customer service & speedy turn around means I would highly recommend Savills to anyone looking to rent in Fulham. Our estate agent, Ash Kaur helped us find and secure our dream rental property. Ash was incredibly responsive when communicating, showed great flexibility in arranging us times for viewings and gave us great advice on positioning the offer. Where the branch really went above and beyond was on the paperwork side, a process which is normally a nightmare. Shout out to both Ash & Kat Wolak who turned round all the paper, reference checks and funds then got us keys within 9 days of our viewing (and arranged remedial work on the flat!). Quickest and the least hassle I've ever had moving house!
