Coach House Pianos

I came across Coach House on the internet, when we were looking for the first Upright piano for our son (and little sister). We are so happy with the service we received, which was outstanding. It was personalised and friendly. Lucas advised that we visit the London showroom for our son to do a blind test of the pianos there. Though they were many, the test helped us to narrow our search (and eliminate our preferred internet-searched and researched choice). At long last, we settled for the Yamaha YS3 which sounds amazing. The process was fast and seamless. Lucas was friendly, attentive and helpful. We are happy to have bought our piano from Coach House. Thank you to everyone that helped us, including the "back office" and delivery guys.

Best service ever! We received an excellent and professional service from the first chat until the delivery! We are over the moon. The team ( specially Mr L.) helped us to choose the right instrument, gave all the information we asked and more. He was always professional and very well welcoming. The delivery was very fast and the guys were absolutely amazing, they took care about my property, clean up everything and told how to take care about it. I am absolutely delighted! Well done guys

I believe that Coach House Pianos are one of the best places to buy a piano. They have a no pressure feeling towards their customers. Of course CHP are in the business of selling pianos but in my opinion they have the balance perfectly right. Also from my experience in life and this been a family owned business CHP generally tips the balance favourably. Gary Branch is lovely and a serious pianist as well. Thank you. PS. As an aside and for the area in which CHP is located it would be lovely to see some practice rooms available as Im sure CHP could easily make a success of them. Just my pennies worth.

The best piano store in London for sure. A huge selection of new and second hand instruments in a beautiful environment. Lucas is a star and really made me feel at ease in my search for the most appropriate piano for me. Too bad I decided to go for another make that they dont carry but otherwise I would have definitely want to buy from CHP. Totally recommended!
