Waterworks' plumber Zac attended my home today, and very efficiently resolved an issue with a shower. He has to be the best dressed plumber in southwest London as well as the most polite and considerate! Thank you Waterworks and Zac - 5 star customer service all round!

We design their beautiful quality taps into our kitchens regularly, and they always look fantastic.

I am really appalled with their service. They got the order date down wrong by a month and then got DHL to deliver, who then dumped an entire marble foor in big box crates on the pavement outside my house. When we said to DHL that is unacceptable they just drove off. I understand these things happen but it is how a company solves these problems is how I judge a service. Giles at Waterworks was totally uninterested in helping me with how to deal with huge marble slabs in a crate blocking passers by. He denied that he had the date down wrong and said they may be able to send someone around in 3 days time! These are highly valuable marble slabs worth 3000. Also the council would have something to say about them blocking the pavement. So it was left to me to find 2 men passing by who were kind enough to help me lug them all into my house to sit there for a month until my builders come. This is where an apology and Giles offering to come around and help me move them (I am around the corner from them) or take them and store them, would have been a nice gesture. But nothing like that was offered and no phone call today to see how I am getting on. Also why didn't Giles call me to warn me they were coming? No phone call or email, they just arrived. Waterworks is expensive and totally unprofessional outfit. Go elsewhere. Anastasia Baker SW6
