        Great, durable product. BUT... worst customer service on the planet. I have never in my life had so much trouble trying to get them to help find spare parts. Even just informing us if they are no longer available would stop us wasting time. When we finally managed to get a response from them (which was only as a result of putting their chief exec on cc), it was condescending and disrespectful in the extreme. We practically have to beg them to help us out. Which is a bit astonishing when you think we paid 15K for this furniture.
