I had a wonderful experience with the whole team and especially with a lovely young lady called Cheyenne, if I can rate her more than 5 stars I will not hesitate. She has exceeded my expectations of her excellent customer care, answered all my questions, extremely pleasant, friendly and proffesional, she upgraded the phone for my son, went through everything involved in the purchase, transferred his data. I am very pleased with her outstanding customer care, I will definitely recommend this O2 shop in Fulham Broadway. Great team indeed.

Cheyenne: This shop assistant, is by far one of the sweetest people you could ever buy from. She is very passionate, polite and knowledgeable. She will give you a lot of information that youll need, whilst making a new purchase. I highly recommend you to buy from her.

Went on Friday evening with my parents to get new phones. Anoop was incredibly helpful and most importantly patient with us all! He stayed after the shop had officially closed for the evening. We went back in the morning to finish off phone transfers etc and Joyce helped us. Again she was very patient with us. Both Anoop and Joyce helped in any way they could. Thank you both so much and rest assured, we won't be back soon! Parents are both very happy and set up with their new phones.
