        Have been a Vodafone customer for years & specifically at this branch which used to be good until a year ago. If I could place a negative review I would. Rude and condescending staff, made false assumptions of background with rude remarks and wasted my time, just to tell me that they can't/won't help if I'm considering to leave Vodafone. Avoid this place!

        What a rubbish company vodafone is, and rubbish outlet at FB, no customer service whatsoever when things go wrong, and they will go wrong. Only interested in selling and if something needs solving, they will give you a number to call, you will spend hours on the phone helplines. I wish I stayed with sky.

        The staff named Michael Ng is the man you need to LEAVE Vodafone. He is unbelievably HORRIBLE. customer service at its lowest.
