Do Not Use Nuspace. It's been about 2 years since we signed the contract for a loft conversion and we still haven't got our final building approval. We were told it would be a 10 week job but the building work took well over a year , but the build quality is terrible. I would be surprised if the people that worked on our place even had a trade. After we had signed the contract and paid the deposit we were told we needed to pay 10% more to get what we signed for done. We couldn't get couldn't get our deposit back even though they wouldn't do the work in the contract without an extra 10%. Their project manager has only been to site about 3 times. Nuspace passes the building work to a contractor to run the build, who didn't want to be on site because they felt Nuspace tricked them into doing a job for less then cost. I could go on and on. I could not warn people enough Do Not Use Nuspace. Services: Home renovations, Home addition construction

Total cowboys. AVOID. Terrible service, awful results, and significantly over budget. UPDATE 4 December: There are STILL google reviews by people who work for and with this company. BEWARE. UPDATE 26 July: There STILL continues to be a number of people posting reviews who are affiliated with this company - this is a conflict of interest. These have been reported to Google. Our experience seems to match with the other negative reviews: If all goes well Nuspace ask you for a 4-5 star rating in exchange for wine. But if it doesn't go well, as MANY people are reporting, they ignore you and you'll need legal advice. Nuspace says they vet their builders. It appears from the recent advert to be a builder for Nuspace all you need is a van and some tools, some 'experience' and MAYBE some idea of the law! We have had to pay 1000s of pounds to address awful workmanship. We have experienced intimidating, unprofessional behaviour by their builders. Their literature states they are affiliated with Trust Mark, RIBA, Homepro. They are not. BUYER BEWARE. Please note: I was contacted by Trustpilot (which has a copy of this review) to verify that I am a genuine customer. It's amazing that Nuspace has responded within 72 hours to my negative review but has not even responded to my emails as a paying customer. If Nuspace genuinely cares about its customers' experience rather than its reputation, I suggest that they contact their current clientele and take an interest in how badly their builders are delivering their projects.
