        I required a part for a shower in a property that was a few years old. I decided to call the the manufacturer and James in Techincal Support assisted me with great professionalism and helped source the part for me free of charge. It was a great relief as the alternative would have been to replace the whole mixer and cause damage to the existing tiles.

        Exceptional technical support. There was an issue with the shower mixer from Bagnodesign (an old screw was not tight enough, and I couldn't stop water from flowing) so I immediately reached out to Sanipex. In no time, James Smith from the technical team offered WhatsApp support and thanks to his clear instructions I was able to fix the issue without the intervention of any plumbers. Thank you guys!
