I bought some material to match the sofas and furniture Id previously purchased from them. Id asked the consultant to provide me with the name of my sofa material and made an order of almost 400 worth of material. After an 8 week wait (expedited with freight costs) I open the box to find that the wrong material was ordered. I enquire if a discount on the fabric would be reasonable as it would benefit all parties involved to minimise waste and time wasted. Camerich refused to discount the order but also went to lengths to suggest that I had used it in some way and repeatedly reminded me that a full refund would be provided only if the fabric is unused. A disappointing approach to customer services from a repeat customer. Also at a loss as to how one would use 8m of raw fabric? Please enlighten me?
